The Holiday Inn Berlin - Center Alexanderplatz is undergoing renovation works in lobby, bguest rooms, and bathrooms. In the lobby, the furniture is changed, chairs are renovated, walls are prepared and renovated. Bedroom rooms are undergoing renovation of door frames, new hooks instalation, renovation of old cabinets, changing of old cabinet doors, tables, beds and curtains. Also rooms are undergoing removal of old laminate, floors are prepared for PVC floring. In the bathrooms, the tile grout is removed and replaced by a new one, old silicone is replaced with new, new revision doors and ventilation grills are installed, ceiling is prepared for painting, old paint is removed, plasterboard ceiling is installed.
